Orders are shippied the same day iif ordered before 3 PM EST time. We do not ship on weekends.

We ship by United States Postal Service and EMS. You can check the price of shipping in your shopping cart.

If ordering with product quantity discounts , buyer will be responsible for exact shipping charges. Expect correspondence shortly after placing such order with arrangements. It is especially important for these orders to have accurate contact information, including a telephone number.

International:

1. First Class Package International
First Class Package International Service is the most affordable USPS international service for small packages.  The order total can't exceed up $100 in value.  First Class Package International doesn't enable you to track packages outside the USA. The USPS handles the delivery from the USA to the country where the delivery address is located, then that country's postal system delivers the package to the buyer. In total, you have two postal services as well as International Customs which can add extra delivery days for the package. In general, First Class Mail International will take 15-20 business days to arrive. Holidays, weekends, non business hours aren't included. RangeVideo WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR non-trackable packages LOST IN MAIL.  Please choose a traceable shipping method for high value orders.

2. USPS Priority Mail International

This shipping takes about  6 - 10 days for most countries.  Recommened for North America and Europe. 

3. USPS Priority Mail Express Mail International 

This shipping is fast (3-5 days) for most countries.  Local customs may hold shipments for longer time.

We accept Paypal , credit cards, check/money orders, and bank transfers. 

For orders paid with credit card we require the billing and shipping address to match. 

If you would like to ship your order to an address which is different than your billing address, please pay with Paypal or bank transfer

RangeVideo Return Merchandise Authorization Terms and Conditions

1.0 Prior Authorization for Product Returns and General Policies

To return a product to RangeVideo, you must get prior authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number ("RMA") from RangeVideo. This number can be request by emailing support@rangevideo.com The RMA number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the return box.   RangeVideo may require a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise in its sole discretion. A re-stocking fee does not apply to defective products. All merchandise returned must be packaged well to protect it from shipping damage, and must be sent with a shipping method that provides tracking information. RangeVideo can not be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit. For merchandise that a customer wants to return for a refund, RangeVideo requires that the item and its packaging be in un-used, "like new" condition with all original packaging, cabling, manuals, etc. included, or the return will be refused. Inspect your product carefully before shipping as any signs of wear or use will result in a refused product return. No items are accepted for exchange or return after 30 days from the purchase date. "Made to Order" items such as custom built "Ready To Fly" models can not be returned.

2.0 Defective Merchandise

RangeVideo will allow defective merchandise to be returned for an exchange only.  Note that if RangeVideo is unable to reproduce the problem(s), the item will be shipped back and you will be charged for the return shipping. Whether or not an item is considered defective is determined in the sole discretion of RangeVideo. RangeVideo will not be liable for equipment that might have been lost and/or damaged as a result of defective merchandise. As an example, if a video transmitter you received from RangeVideo is defective and stops working during flight causing you to loose your airframe, RangeVideo may replace the defective video transmitter, but not any other equipment that might have been lost and/or damaged due to the defective video transmitter.

3.0 Shipping Costs

  1. If you are returning an item for a refund, or exchanging a functional product, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  2. If you are exchanging a defective item or an item you received in error due to a packaging mistake at RangeVideo's warehouse, RangeVideo will refund you the return shipping costs once we have received and processed your RMA. 
  3. For items returned to RangeVideo, RangeVideo will not cover the cost of "expedited" shipping. Please choose a standard shipping option that provides tracking (UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, etc.). 

4.0 Refunds

Refunds can be issued as store credit or a refund. Returns sent back after the 60 day refund window offered by our payment processing service will receive a store credit only.

Reimbursement for the return shipping cost only applies to actual shipping cost or postage, this does not include shipping or packing materials.
