We will make every attempt to ship out your order the same day it was received.

If a product is out of stock at the time of purchase your order will be delayed until the item is ready to ship.
 

Please email me in advance to check availability if you are ordering more than 10 counts of one item.

This shipping takes about  6 days for  countries:
most of Western Europe , Israel, Canada, Australia, South Korea , China.
This shipping is not recommended if you need your order fast and trackable. This shipping is NOT trackable. USPS CAN NOT PROVIDE ANY INFO AFTER THE PACKAGE LEFT USA. Sometimes delays occur  (up to 3 weeks in Christmas season). But we  lost only one  package for all the time of operation. Rangevideo will not be responsible for packages lost in mail.

This shipping is fast (3-5 days) for all countries.
Tracking available, and very rare delays. This service is highly recommended for countries not listed above.
Orders under 400USD, flat rate $25
Orders over 400USD, flat rate $35

DHL express 

Available upon request. Rates are real cost .

We log tracking numbers in PayPal.
Please check your tracking numbers there.

Note to customers from Argentina - please be aware that Argentinian customs steals from packages and put wooden blocks in to match the weight. This is your risk, RangeVideo is NOT responsible and WILL NOT compensate.

All dealer orders (more than five counts of any item) are charged real shipping cost.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement or refund within 3 days of receipt.
All products carry a 6 month limited replacement warranty.
We will test the product upon delivery for misuse and function. If found defective, a refund or replacement will be given. If the product is found to be in good order or misused the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
